Manuel quoted a price prior to starting and carefully took his time checking and double checking that the leak was addressed. I was his last call Friday and I know I would be eager to finish and leave, but he diligently checked and made sure all was in good order before leaving. One could tell he was proud of where he worked and it shows in the care he takes to live up to his work. Highly recommend.

We are very impressed with Ballard Plumbing and Heating. We needed our drains in the bathroom re-drained and a new toilet installed. They needed the dig a trench in the front yard to lay new piping. Kevin showed up on time and was very professional and personable. Kevin assessed the problem and took the time to thoroughly explain the diagnosis and problem he located, as well as provided evidence of the faulty item located in my furnace. Kevin was very transparent and offered suggestions to ensure the issue for not continue. This was my first time using Ballard and it was a great experience thanks to their employee Kevin.

Gabe was on time and very polite and friendly. I explained what my heating unit wasn’t doing and he was able to quickly find the problem and fix it.He explained what was wrong so I was able to understand why. I am very happy with his service and I would highly recommend him and Ballard heating and air conditioning service to anyone.

Absolutely stellar service. After being told by several other plumbers that they wouldn’t be able to fix our bathroom sink, Manuel came out THE SAME DAY we called and fixed it for us. He was thorough, helpful, polite, and very informative. He used language that made the problem feel uncomplicated while still giving us a thorough understanding.

We called early (8:30 am) but weren't serviced until 3:50 pm. However, the service tech was respectful, friendly, paid special attention to detail and suggested and waited for us to inspect the work before leaving. It was definitely worth the wait for the quality of service. Second job Ballard's did for us and we will certainly use their service again.

Our original technician Daniel was great and explained everything that was going on with our AC and provided many different options for us. He also followed up to ensure we received the information we needed. Within two days we got a new system. Ivan, Jorge and the other technician (forgot his name) were excellent. They were conscientious of their clean up, set up, removal of old items and excellent I’m explaining their procedure process and end evaluation of all installed systems. I definitely recommend Ballards they are great I look forward to working with you. Thank you for saving us in this heat wave.

Johnny was very pleasant & knowledgeable. The problem we have been having, of course did not happen today. So he showed us how to watch for the problem and what to do when it happens again. Then we give them a call and he will be back to correct the problem. There will be no extra charge. We can work with that. I recommend Ballard because they really want the job completed properly.
